Love love love love love love love love love love! 🙂
The tension between classic story elements and new technological applications challenges our basic understanding of a story and pushes us to a fresh interpretation of the form.
What’s next? Death marches for traditional books and TV?
I’m a book reviewer for a local newspaper, and I’d love to review this, but I have no idea where I’d start!
A story is a story is a story. Until it’s a web comedy.
The evolution of the story, from its origins in pre-history to its current incarnations as technological mashup, is clearer when the basic elements of storycraft are considered: plot, character, setting, narrative point of view, and figurative language. Within these basic elements, the human pull of conflict and its ultimate resolution bind us to the traditions of story telling and help keep the form alive.
The idea of a comedy series online, which uses not just video but various types of memes and social media to tell a story, is a unique one. It will be interesting to watch as the series develops further.
Maybe not forever, but a few seasons might be enough.
Strangely, this series, and its characters, touched me. They are vulnerable and likable at the same time. I recommend it.
This isn’t at all what I expected.
I love this series!
We’re thinking about adding this to our book club.
I heard about this from a friend. We’re thinking about starting our own club 🙂
My kick told me about this. Glad I saw it.
I like this. Never seen anything like it before.
This is the most ridiculous site I have ever seen. I won’t be coming back again.
The Forever Club is something new. I look forward to the next episodes.
This is a terrific concept. Wow wow wow
This is a joke, right?
I’m not sure what’s up with this show. It’s not a TV comedy, but it kinda is. Who wrote this thing?
This is the weirdest comedy show I have ever seen. Sometimes it is really cool, and then it gets too strange to even understand. What do you think?
The Forever Club forever!
I love this series!
